Request for Quotation
UNFPA hereby solicits a quotation for the following services:
“The Provision of a one-year subscription for mobile services”
UNFPA EECARO is looking for mobile phone network operators to provide the below services:
1. postpaid mobile phone services (Voice, SMS, Data)
2. one-year subscription for minimum 40 lines
Details of the required services and the selection criteria can be found in the Technical Specification and Terms of Reference (TOR) in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) document.
This RFQ is open to all legally constituted companies that can provide the requested services and have the legal capacity to perform the services in Türkiye, or through an authorized representative.
Proposals should be prepared based on the guidelines set out in Section IV of the RFQ document, along with a properly filled out and signed price quotation form, and are to be sent by email to the contact addresses indicated below no later than: 10 November 2023, COB, Istanbul time.
