Ukraine Emergency Situation Report #15 – 13 January 2022

Ukraine has seen an escalation in attacks across the country in the last month of 2022, continuing damage to power infrastructure, significantly reducing access to heat and water, limiting the movement of civilians, and affecting the ability of Ukrainians to seek critical services. Since February, 2022, there have been 747 attacks on health-care facilities resulting in 101 deaths - including the death of an aid worker at a distribution site on 15 December.
