The report “Implementation of family-friendly policies and gender equality in the public and private sector” aims to assess the current situation, challenges, and problems in implementing family friendly and gender equality in the country policies and provide recommendations that would lead to improvements in the
area. This study is conducted under the framework of the project “Expanding Choices: Gender-Responsive Family Policies for the Private Sector in the Western Balkans and Moldova” implemented by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and supported by the Austrian Development Cooperation (ADC).
