UNFPA seeks an individual consultant or a service provider (legally constituted company) to conduct an evidence-based, highly consultative and participative analytical reflection of UNFPA’s peacebuilding practices in the Eastern Europe and Central Asia and Arab State regions. This includes looking at current programming performances as well as structuring and framing the building blocks for Youth, Peace and Security future programme and project design, monitoring and evaluation. The assignment includes in-depth case studies of four to six countries, and should be concluded within no more than four months.
There are two separate modalities to apply, either as an INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT (based on the ToR) or as a LEGALLY CONSTITUTED COMPANY (based on the Request for Quotation). Any interested parties should apply only once, and ensure using the appropriate modality.
