Under the overall guidance and supervision of the HR Strategic Partner (HRSP), the HR Associate ensures effective delivery of HR initiatives and projects in the Eastern Europe and Central Asia (EECA) Region. He/she interprets and applies HR policies, rules and regulations, implements internal procedures and provides solutions to a wide spectrum of HR issues. The Human Resources Associate will focus his/her support in the current projects to be delivered under the framework of the new Strategic Plan.
